O Estupro das Massas pela Propaganda Política é livro a ser
lido por quem deseja entender a situação política. Serge Tchakhotine, em
1939, estudou o sistema nazista e ideou métodos eficazes para vencê-lo.
Integrante da Social Democracia alemã, ele viu seu partido perder para
Hitler por cegueira burocrática, arrogância de intelectuais e dirigentes
oligárquicos. Os social-democratas não imaginaram ser preciso inovar
formas comunicativas nas eleições. Mas Goebbels, baseado em leituras de
Platão, da sofística e do marketing norte-americano, moveu estercos da
alma massificada, mentiras urdidas na consciência racista.
O autor se exilou na França, onde havia um governo de esquerda. Para
ali publicar seu livro, ele sofreu censura dos dirigentes franceses que
"não queriam desagradar Hitler". Existe edição em nossa língua do livro,
publicada pela Civilização Brasileira. O texto foi traduzido por Miguel
Arraes, governador deposto em 1964. O título nacional denuncia a mão de
ferro ditatorial: A Mistificação das Massas pela Propaganda Política. De estupro para mistificação, o leitor nota, temos outro estupro.
Com base behaviorista (numa leitura acurada e inteligente),
Tchakhotine disseca a propaganda, os seus métodos usados na vida antiga e
na modernidade. Os aportes teóricos não se limitam a Pavlov. Em páginas
agudas ele analisa os contributos da cibernética (em 1939….) de Wiener a
seus pares. Dados da psicanálise entram no texto para explorar os
lodaçais humanos onde se movem as litanias tirânicas.
As conclusões do autor desalentam. De cem pessoas submetidas à
intensa e perene propaganda, apenas 10 poderiam resistir ao estupro
emocional. Na época, os meios eram o rádio, a TV (em pequena escala, mas
já usada pelos nazistas e por seus inimigos), os jornais, os cartazes,
as manifestações de massas, os discursos. Estávamos longe dos Facebooks,
Twitters etc. O estelionato das urnas brasileiras, hoje sentido mesmo
no PT (que ameaça se afastar de Rousseff) teve responsáveis. O maior é o
marketing político.
Passo a outro ponto do texto citado. Como fruto da propaganda
virulenta, a tirania e o controle de indivíduos frágeis se tornou uma
praga social. Seitas exercem o papel de espiãs, polícias, promotoras,
juízas, carrascas. Na internet, tal delírio chega ao paroxismo. O
costume de punir pessoas diretamente, matar seu corpo ou moral, mostra a
natureza tigresca do ser humano, justifica e piora a tese de Hobbes.
Energúmenos ignoram respeito, civilidade, normas.
O ex-ministro da Fazenda, Mantega, foi há pouco hostilizado num
restaurante paulista. Ele já recebera insultos em ambiente hospitalar de
São Paulo. Alexandre Padilha, ex-ministro da saúde, teve seu quinhão de apupos também num restaurante.
Grupos imaginam ter o direito de punir sem apelo pessoas de quem
condenam a postura política, ideológica, religiosa. Em vez de indicar
democracia, semelhante prática mostra o plano baixo do fanatismo.
Atenção: o uso tem longa data. Quando a mãe de Fernando Collor (de quem
fui crítico feroz do início ao fim de governo) estava hospitalizada à
beira da morte, petistas e tucanos foram ao hospital berrar impropérios.
Eles não se incomodaram com o fato de a genitora não poder pagar, menos
ainda os demais doentes, pelos malfeitos do presidente. Tempos depois,
Mario Covas — a quem muitos petistas e tucanos devem a vida por sua
resistência à ditadura — foi apedrejado por petistas quando estava à
morte, na Praça da República paulista. Dei só dois exemplos. Eles são
muitos. "Duas coisas a burguesia nos legou, e delas não podemos abrir
mão: bom gosto e boas maneiras" (Lênin). O autor do ditado não o seguiu,
o que não infirma sua verdade. Que tal uma guinada rumo aos bons modos e
boas maneiras? Ou, quem sabe, rumo à democracia sem baixos ataques
pessoais e com debate teórico e prático? Caso contrário, sobra o
fascismo caboclo, de esquerda ou direita, para a desgraça do nosso país.

The Rape of
the crowds by the Political Propaganda is a book to be read by anyone who
wishes to understand the political situation. Serge Tchakhotine in 1939,
studied the Nazi system and devised effective methods to beat him. Member of
the German Social Democracy, he saw his party lose to Hitler by bureaucratic
blindness, intellectual arrogance and oligarchic rulers. The Social Democrats
did not imagine to be necessary to innovate communicative forms in the
elections. But Goebbels, based on readings of Plato, of sophistry and North
American marketing, moved the manure mass soul, woven lies in racist
consciousness.
The author
went into exile in France, where there was a leftist government. There to
publish his book, he suffered censorship of the French leaders who "did
not want to displease Hitler". There is issue in our language of the book,
published by the Brazilian Civilization. The text was translated by Miguel
Arraes, governor ousted in 1964. The national title betrays the hand of
dictatorial iron: The Mystification of the Masses by Propaganda Policy. Rape
to mystification, note the reader, we have another rape.
With
behaviorist base (an accurate and intelligent reading), Tchakhotine dissects
the propaganda, their methods used in ancient life and modernity. The
theoretical principles are not limited to Pavlov. In acute pages it analyzes
the contributions of cybernetics (1939 ....) Wiener to their peers. Psychoanalysis
data enter the text to explore human mudflats where they move the tyrannical
litanies.
The
conclusions are descouraging. For a hundred people subjected to intense and
perennial propaganda, only 10 could resist to the emotional rape. At the time,
the media were radio, TV (on a small scale, but already used by the Nazis and
their enemies), newspapers, posters, mass demonstrations, speeches. We were
away from the Facebooks, Twitters etc. The embezzlement of Brazilian polls,
today felt even in PT (threatening to walk away from Rousseff) was
responsibility of the political marketing.
As a result
of the virulent propaganda, tyranny and control of fragile individuals has
become a social plague. Sects play the role of spies, policemen, promoters,
judges, “carrascos. On the internet, such delirium reaches the paroxysm. The
custom of punishing people directly, kill your body or moral, shows the savage nature
of man, worsening the Hobbes’thesis . Lunatics
ignore respect, civility, standards.
Former Finance Minister Mantega, was recently harassed a Sao Paulo
restaurant. He has received insults in the hospital of. Alexandre Padilha, a former health minister, he had his fair
share of jeers also a restaurant . Groups imagine that they have
the right to punish without appeal people who condemn their political stance,
ideological, religious. Instead of indicating democracy, that practice shows
the level of fanaticism. Caution: that use
has longstanding. When the mother of Fernando Collor (against who I was
vociferous critic from start to finish of government) was in the hospital
dying, PT and PSDB were the hospital shouting insults. They did not bother with
the fact that the mothers' can not pay, let alone the other patient, the
misdeeds of the president. Later, Mario Covas - whom many PT and PSDB owe their
lives for its resistance to dictatorship - was stoned by PT when she was dying
in the Republic Square. I gave only two examples. They are many. "Two
things the bourgeoisie has bequeathed to us, and we can not let go of them:
good taste and good manners" (Lenin). The author did not follow the
saying, which does not invalidate his truth. How about a turn towards the good
manners and good manners? Or perhaps towards democracy without low personal
attacks and theoretical debate and practical? Otherwise, there is only the caboclo
fascism, left or right, to the misfortune of our country.
